Return procedure

The buyer may file a complaint about an inferior quality of items. 

The buyer may return the items within 14 days of purchase without specifying return reasons. In this case, the buyer will receive the amount paid for the items and the delivery. 

The buyer must cover the expenses of items’ return, unless the seller agreed to cover the expenses, and had not informed the buyer that those expenses should be covered by the buyer. 

If the customer chooses a delivery method different from the offered by the seller, the seller reserves the right not to reimburse the buyer for additional delivery costs.
